Develop marketing strategies to promote company products in assigned territory. Conduct field marketing activities such as product demonstrations, trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events. Build relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors to increase sales revenue. Identify new business opportunities through direct marketing efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or related field (preferably in FMCG industry). Strong understanding of brand awareness campaigns, business development principles, and marketing concepts. Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement and relationship-building. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
