• Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, clinics, and medical practitioners to increase patient referrals.
• Identify potential referral sources and plan regular visits to strengthen engagement.
• Conduct promotional activities, health camps, and outreach programs in collaboration with clinical departments.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, tie-ups, and corporate outreach initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, feedback, and leads through reporting and EMR tools.
• Coordinate with the hospital’s internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and communication with referral doctors.
• Track and report referral performance, trends, and competitor activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
