Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing Telecaller Executive at Dior Pharmaceuticals in Mohali, Punjab, you will be responsible for making and receiving calls to clients, promoting pharmaceutical products, and maintaining customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Call existing and potential clients to promote products and take orders. - Maintain daily call records and update customer databases. - Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for smooth communication. - Provide accurate information about products and offers. Qualification Required: - Freshers are welcome; training will be provided. - Good communication skills in Hindi and English. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email). - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Please note that the company offers a fixed day shift from 9 AM to 6 PM with Sundays off. The work environment is described as friendly and supportive. If you are planning to join Dior Pharmaceuticals, you should have a Bachelor's degree (Preferred) and be able to reliably commute or relocate to Sohana, Mohali, Punjab before starting work.,
