Job Summary: The Industrial Automation Product & Project Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting and selling PLC, Servo Drives, VFDs, Control Panels, and other automation solutions . This role involves generating leads, engaging with customers, preparing technical proposals, and driving business growth by offering customized automation solutions to industries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial automation. Promote PLC, Servo Drives, VFDs, and Control Panels to target customers. Build relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and end-users . Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. 2. Customer Engagement & Lead Generation Generate leads through cold calls, emails, client visits, and exhibitions . Understand customer requirements and propose the right automation solutions . Present technical demonstrations and product presentations to customers. Prepare and submit technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates . 3. Project Coordination & Execution Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project execution. Track ongoing projects and ensure timely delivery of automation solutions. Support customers in technical discussions and solution finalization . Work with the design team for customization of control panels and automation products. 4. Marketing & Branding Promote automation products via digital marketing, trade shows, and networking events . Develop marketing materials, case studies, and presentations for business promotion. Assist in branding activities to strengthen the companys market presence. Maintain a strong social media and online presence for product promotions. 5. Reporting & Sales Tracking Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools . Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management. Track sales targets, revenue, and customer feedback for business improvement. Role & responsibilities Technical Skills: Knowledge of PLC (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider, etc.) . Familiarity with Servo Drives, VFDs, and Industrial Control Panels . Understanding of industrial automation, sensors, and control systems . Ability to prepare technical proposals and cost estimations . Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills . Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams . Excellent presentation and client interaction skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills .
