Role & responsibilities Managing prospecting and pipeline building through email marketing and digital campaigns Reaching out to potential customers via email and phone calls, to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel Working closely with sales teams to improve sales pipeline and lead conversion Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for the sales team Tracking engagement metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates Monitoring competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities. Reporting results of marketing campaigns and identifying areas of improvement Requirements Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 2-3 years experience in a sales or customer service environment Strong experience in engaging prospects and customers (over phone and email) Experience with performance marketing, including PPC, SEO and social media Experience with CRM, marketing automation, Google Analytics is a plus Open minded and excellent communication skills Location: Navi Mumbai Interested candidates, kindly hurry up and don't miss this opportunity.
