Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals. Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize outreach efforts. Requirements: Minimum 1+ years of experience in marketing within the staffing/recruitment industry. Strong expertise in cold calling & email marketing. Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Zoho & HubSpot. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
