Job Description

Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns to promote tourism services, destinations, or hospitality offerings. Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Plan and manage email marketing, webinars, and events targeting travel trade professionals. Partnership & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with Travel agencies, Tour operators, Event planners, and corporate companies. Identify and engage with new business partners to expand the companys B2B network. Oversee B2B social media strategies and LinkedIn campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Trade Events & Networking Represent the company at Trade fairs and Industry conferences. Organize FAM (familiarization) Trips to showcase destinations to travel trade professionals. Market Analysis & Reporting Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs. Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with insights for improvement. Monitor ROI of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. Preferred candidate profile bachelors or masters degree in marketing, Tourism, Business, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in B2B marketing, Travel or Tourism industry is plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills. Passion for the travel industry and willingness to travel for work.
