Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive (BTL) to manage on-ground marketing activities, generate leads, and build strong partnerships with colleges and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-field visits and distribute pamphlets to generate leads.
• Execute offline marketing campaigns to drive enrolments and brand awareness.
• Connect with colleges and institutions to create collaboration opportunities.
• Handle B2B and B2I (Business-to-Institution) tie-ups for placements and hiring.
• Generate quality leads and maintain follow-up until conversion.
• Support overall marketing initiatives and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in BTL marketing, field sales, or lead generation.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Ability to represent the brand professionally and confidently.
• Willingness to work on-field and meet targets.Presentable and proactive personality
