Job Opening: Marketing Field Manager Location: All Over Tamil Nadu (Field visits based on tele-caller appointments) Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales Qualification: Any Degree Compensation: 25,000+ (Incentives + Field Allowances) Job Description: We are hiring a Marketing Field Manager to manage client visits and sales operations across Tamil Nadu. The role involves meeting clients based on tele-caller appointments, building strong business relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to meet clients as per tele-caller appointments. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business goals. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Identify new business opportunities and market trends. Provide feedback to the tele-caller team for better lead conversions. Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and customer interactions. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (field sales preferred). Must own a two-wheeler for field visits. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Self-motivated and goal-oriented approach. Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM tools (preferred).
