We are seeking a dynamic marketer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team, responsible for content creation, social media creative design, and optimizing for both SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). This role demands a hands-on approach and a passion for digital marketing excellence.
Write compelling, audience-focused content for blogs, web pages, and email campaigns.
Design engaging creatives for social media platforms using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Manage and grow our social media presence by planning, posting, and analyzing performance.
Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to drive organic growth.
Implement AEO best practices to increase visibility across answer engines and AI-driven platforms.
Collaborate with the broader marketing team for integrated campaigns and brand consistency.
Monitor and report on content, creative, and SEO/AEO performance using analytics tools.
Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new digital marketing tactics.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing, content, or social media role.
Proven ability to write clear, concise, and compelling marketing content.
Intermediate proficiency with graphic design tools for creative assets.
Practical understanding of SEO fundamentals; experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Familiarity with AEO principles and answer engine tools (e.g., optimization for snippets, conversational queries).
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
Exposure to paid social ad campaigns or basic video editing skills.
Prior work in B2B or SaaS environments.
