Marketing & Digital Executive

The Marketing & Digital Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities across both offline and digital channels. This role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, managing online presence, and supporting overall marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing

• Manage and optimize digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and ranking.
• Oversee website content updates, landing pages, and performance analytics.
• Manage social media marketing, including content scheduling, engagement, and community management.
• Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
• Explore new digital trends, tools, and opportunities to enhance online presence.

2. Content Development

• Develop engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, website, brochures, and social media.
• Coordinate with designers and agencies to create visuals, videos, and promotional materials.
• Draft marketing copies, emailers, newsletters, and blogs.

3. Marketing & Branding Activities

• Support the planning and execution of offline marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and brand activation programs.
• Assist in creating marketing collaterals such as brochures, presentations, flyers, and corporate videos.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials.
• Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM tools.

4. Lead Generation & Analytics

• Drive digital lead generation activities and monitor lead quality.
• Track customer journey through digital channels and suggest improvements.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports for management review.

5. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, operations) and external partners (agencies, printers, digital vendors).
• Support market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights study.
• Maintain and update marketing dashboards and campaign calendars.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
• Good communication, writing, and creative thinking abilities.
• Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and general marketing roles.
• Experience in real estate/construction/FMCG/retail (optional based on company).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
