Job Description

Marketing and Demand Generation Executive

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and source potential clients through online research, industry databases, directories, and social platforms.
  • Build, clean, and maintain high-quality prospect lists and lead databases.
  • Conduct market research to define target segments, buyer personas, and decision-makers.
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Snov.io, and ZoomInfo (if available) to enrich and segment prospects.

Cold Calling & Direct Outreach

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to targeted prospects in relevant industries introducing IT products and services.
  • Understand client pain points, objectives, and requirements to position offerings effectively.
  • Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT/CHAMP and schedule discovery calls or demos for the sales team.
  • Perform regular follow-ups via calls and email to maintain engagement and enhance conversion opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly outreach, qualification, and meeting targets.

AI-Powered Marketing & Automation

  • Use AI and automation tools (Apollo.io, Snov.io, Klenty, Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Lemlist, etc.) to streamline lead sourcing, enrichment, and engagement.
  • Build and manage email automation sequences, drip campaigns, and nurturing workflows.
  • Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone outreach) to drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth.
  • Stay updated with AI and digital marketing trends to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, targeting, scripts, and outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate lead and activity records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Track, analyze, and report weekly/monthly lead generation metrics and campaign performance.
  • Participate in pipeline review meetings and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1.5–2.5 years of proven experience

    in business development, lead generation, inside sales, or sales development within the IT/software industry.
  • Strong cold calling, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-based and automation tools (Apollo.io, Snov.io, Klenty, Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc.).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Ability to research and identify decision-makers and create targeted prospecting lists.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaborate in a team.
