Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Junior Marketing Data Analyst to join our marketing analytics team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a passion for data, a keen interest in marketing, and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. The Junior Marketing Data Analyst will assist in analyzing marketing data, generating reports, and providing insights that support our marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Data Collection and Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing data from various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and digital ads. Report Generation: Create regular reports on key marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement, to be reviewed by senior analysts and the marketing team. Support A/B Testing: Help design, implement, and analyze A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive dynamics. Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts and other marketing team members to support data-driven decision-making. Tool Management: Assist in maintaining and updating marketing analytics tools and databases. Learning and Development: Continuously develop analytical skills by learning new tools, techniques, and best practices. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Experience: 2+years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or business context. Internships or relevant coursework will be considered. Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and present findings clearly. Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail, with a commitment to producing accurate and thorough work. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
