Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing activities The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing flyers and assisting with various marketing and administrative tasks as required This role requires a combination of creativity, coordination, and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of Design, flyers, posters, and promotional creatives for marketing campaigns.

• Support the marketing team in daily activities and campaign execution.

• Assist in coordinating promotional activities and events.

• Handle basic content updates for social media and other platforms when required.

• Coordinate with vendors, printers, and designers if needed.

• Maintain records of marketing materials and campaign performance.

• Provide assistance with other office and coordination work as assigned by management.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned marketing tasks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or any related field.

• Basic knowledge of graphic designing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.

Key Skills:

• Knowledge of Creativity and a good eye for design.

• Basic understanding of marketing concepts.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Time management and multitasking ability.

• Willingness to assist with multiple responsibilities when required.
