Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase patient footfall, strengthen brand presence, and promote the hospital’s ophthalmology services. The role includes digital and offline marketing, community outreach, doctor engagement, and patient education programs.

• Develop and execute marketing plans for eye care services, surgeries, and specialty clinics (cataract, retina, pediatric ophthalmology, etc.).
• Analyze patient demand trends and competition to plan targeted campaigns.
• Create monthly marketing calendars and ensure timely execution.
• Manage social media platforms, website content, and online reputation.
• Plan and run digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads).
• Monitor analytics (CTR, leads, conversions) and optimize campaigns.
• Coordinate SEO activities to improve hospital visibility in local searches.
• Organize eye screening camps, school programs, corporate tie-ups, and community events.
• Maintain strong relationships with referring doctors, optometrists, and opversions.
• Ensure timely follow-up of leads from digital campaigns, camps, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate with the front office and call center to improve lead conversions.
• Monitor patient feedback and online reviews for service improvement.
