Marketing & Communications Professional

Role Overview: As a Marketing and Communications Professional at Wrth IT in Pune, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing internal and external communication and marketing strategies. You will act as a brand ambassador for Wrth IT, ensuring a consistent global presence through various communication channels. Your primary focus will be on maintaining global brand consistency, corporate presentations, events, and employer branding initiatives while collaborating with the central Marketing & Communications team in Germany. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing and communication initiatives in line with Wrth IT's global brand strategy - Serve as a key liaison between the India location and the global Marketing & Communications team to ensure consistent messaging - Develop concepts for internal events, employee engagement, and employer branding activities - Update and manage Wrth IT's global corporate presentations according to corporate design and messaging standards - Provide customized presentation materials for strategic meetings, pitches, and internal communication - Manage social media presence and create content to align with Wrth IT India's communication objectives - Create and distribute content for internal communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, and digital platforms - Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on talent attraction and retention efforts - Assist in organizing tech talks, career fairs, and internal events - Evaluate communication effectiveness through defined KPIs and feedback mechanisms Qualifications: - Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and communications within a global or IT-driven organization - Experience working in an international environment with cross-cultural teams - Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation design, ability to create compelling visual content from complex topics - Hands-on experience with social media, content creation, and event management Additional Company Details: Wrth IT India, under the leadership of Mrs. Deepa Sheelavant, aims to maintain a strong global brand presence and effective communication strategies.
