Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and SMS Build and manage user journeys and automations on platforms like WebEngage and Gupshup Analyse user behaviour and campaign performance using Mixpanel and Google Analytics Coordinate with the Product team to align communication strategies and suggest improvements for enhancing the user experience. Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging, personalised communication Assist in setting up and managing performance campaigns across Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads Prepare and execute CRM-led marketing strategies aimed at user engagement, retention, and conversion Track key campaign metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights Contribute to brainstorming sessions and marketing planning Requirements: 1–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on CRM Campaign Execution Experience with tools like WebEngage , Gupshup , Mixpanel , Google Analytics , Meta Ads , and LinkedIn Ads or any other related tool. Strong understanding of user segmentation, marketing automation, and campaign optimisation Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially when working cross-functionally Nice to Have: Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment Understanding of A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel optimisation Show more Show less
