🚀 We’re Hiring: Marketing Associate 📍 Location: Andheri, Mumbai 🧵 Industry: Apparel & Fashion (D2C) 🌐 www.napchief.com About the Role This is a generalist Growth Associate role ideal for someone who is smart, curious, and willing to roll up their sleeves to get things done. You’ll work directly with the founding and growth teams across functions like marketplaces, pricing strategy, Shopify operations, inventory management, and performance tracking. We’re not looking for deep specialists; we’re looking for hustlers who want to learn how to build and scale a D2C company from the inside out. Key Responsibilities Marketplace Operations: Assist with listing, pricing, promotions, and order tracking on platforms like Amazon, Myntra, FirstCry, etc. Inventory & Logistics: Monitor stock movement, coordinate with warehouse/logistics partners, and ensure inventory accuracy across platforms. Pricing & Promotions: Support in pricing strategy, offer configuration, and campaign tracking to ensure margins and sales goals are met. Shopify Backend Support: Upload new products, update collections, manage discount codes, and help with backend cleanup. Performance Reporting: Analyze weekly sales data, customer insights, and channel metrics to support decision-making. Cross-functional Execution: Work with customer service, design, and ops teams to solve day-to-day issues that impact growth. Who You Are You’re a quick learner, logical thinker, and love solving problems. You’re comfortable with numbers and Excel, and don’t shy away from data-heavy tasks. You’re curious, motivated, and open to working on new problems every week. You’re detail-oriented, take ownership, and work well under minimal supervision.
