With ambitious expansion plans, we are looking for a Marketing Associate to support our B2B marketing initiatives and drive brand awareness among key stakeholders. Are you someone who Has a creative mindset with a knack for B2B marketing strategies Enjoys storytelling and positioning brands in a compelling way Can handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and execute with precision Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Is eager to learn and grow in a high-growth startup What will you do at Beco Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation Create marketing collaterals, sales decks, case studies, and email campaigns Manage content and engagement for B2B social media and digital platforms Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals Plan and execute participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events Track and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for better reach and engagement Research industry trends, competitors, and customer insights for targeted campaigns Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in FMCG or SaaS Strong writing, content creation, and campaign execution skills Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and design tools (Canva, HubSpot, etc) Experience with corporate, hospitality, or institutional marketing is a plus Best-fit Behavioral Traits Strategic thinker with attention to detail Self-driven, proactive, and creative Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment
