Role Overview

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support marketing operations, communications, and digital initiatives. You’ll collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to plan campaigns, create content, and maintain brand consistency across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Campaign Support

• Coordinate and publish content across LinkedIn, website, and newsletters.
• Assist with digital campaigns, webinars, and product showcases.
• Research sustainability and ESG trends to inform content.

Digital & SEO Tasks

• Conduct keyword research for blogs and web pages.
• Track website analytics (e.g., GA4, Hotjar) and prepare basic performance reports.
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across channels.

Marketing Operations

• Maintain content calendars, trackers, and dashboards.
• Coordinate with external partners (design, media, vendors).
• Support PR/outreach, including case studies and partnership listings.

Creative Collaboration

• Provide input on visuals and storytelling concepts.
• Proofread, format, and repurpose marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in sustainability, ESG, and climate innovation.
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, and social scheduling tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO or analytics tools is a plus.

Additional Requirements

• Familiarity with AI platforms for marketing and analysis.
• Experience in content generation using AI tools is a strong plus.
