Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Marketing And Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and has a strong drive to connect IT solutions with business needs. The Associate will be responsible for identifying prospects, understanding their IT challenges, and offering our suite of solutionsranging from software, cloud services, and IT infrastructure to cybersecurity. Please Note: MUST be an IIM Grad or from Top B School with MBA in Sales/Marketing MUST be ready to work in US Shift (7PM IST -4AM IST) Must have excellent comunication skills (Written/Verbal) Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and attending tech-related events or webinars. Client Needs Assessment: Engage with business stakeholders to understand their technical requirements, pain points, and IT infrastructure landscape. Solution Pitching: Present and explain IT products/services (e.g., cloud, software, managed services, cybersecurity) aligned with client needs. Sales Presentations & Demos: Schedule meetings and assist senior sales or technical teams in product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs. Proposal & Documentation: Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with the technical and pre-sales teams. CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho). Collaboration: Work closely with technical experts, support teams, and marketing to align client requirements with our IT offerings. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on current IT trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to better position our solutions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 0-2 years of experience in IT sales, pre-sales, or business development (internships included). Basic understanding of IT concepts such as cloud computing, SaaS, cybersecurity, and networking. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Preferred (Nice to Have): Prior experience in B2B IT solution sales or technology consulting. Understanding of enterprise IT environments and buyer personas (IT managers, CTOs, CIOs). Familiarity with sales methodologies like consultative selling or SPIN selling.
