Marketing and Sales Manager Industry : Home Textile Fabrics (Upholstery, Drapery, and Outdoor Fabrics) Location : Bhiwandi + WFH (Hybrid Model) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and well-organized Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team. You will lead business development and sales efforts for our woven dobby home furnishing fabrics portfolio, with a focus on India, North America, the UK, and Europe markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with expertise in sales and business development within the home textile industry. Key Responsibilities Analyze market trends in dobby design, colorways, and fibers. Identify and develop new markets for export opportunities and secure new business accounts. Design and execute geography-specific sales campaigns tailored to target customers. Plan and manage budgets for product development and marketing. Gather and incorporate client insights to support new product development. Leverage your strong network of agents and customer relationships to drive sales. Negotiate sales terms and consistently exceed sales targets. Provide weekly reports to the management team on progress and insights. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events. Qualifications and Experience Education : BA/BCOM/BSc in Business Administration, Textiles, or Marketing. Experience : 15 to 20 years in sales/business development in the home textile industry.
