Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a self-driven Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our client base by generating high-quality leads and driving brand awareness. You will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies, identifying potential clients, nurturing prospects, and supporting business development efforts. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement lead generation strategies across digital channels (LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.) Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through various outreach campaigns Work with CRM systems to manage lead data, track performance, and optimize conversion rates Create and manage marketing content including emails, social media posts, and landing pages Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements Conduct competitor and market research to refine targeting and messaging Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing and lead generation (outsourcing industry preferred) Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Hands-on experience with SEO, digital ads (Google, LinkedIn), and content marketing Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize strategies Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person
