Job description 🚨 We’re Hiring: Marketing and Events Manager @ Toise | South Mumbai | Full-Time (On-Site) Toise isn’t just a café — it’s a creative space, a cultural nook, and a coffee-fueled community. If you're someone who thrives in people-first environments, loves hospitality, and has an eye for aesthetics and vibes, this role is for you. We’re looking for a warm, organized, people-loving soul to be the face and vibe keeper of Toise. Someone who knows how to make guests feel at home, can bring community events to life, and doesn’t mind juggling a bit of content, operations, events, marketing, and daily café magic. Salary Range - 20,000 to 40,000 per month based on skills and experience What you’ll be doing: ✨ Hosting and engaging with guests ✨ Coordinating events, pop-ups, and brand collabs ✨ Supporting the founder with events & creative plans ✨ Managing café enquiries (DMs, calls, walk-ins) ✨ Helping with marketing moments and BTS content ✨ Working on strategies to take the brand out into the world ✨ Co-ordinating social media calendars and working on physical and digital creatives You’re a great fit if you: 🤍 Have 1-3 years of experience in a brand building, events and hospitality role 🤍 Have worked in the specialty Coffee industry 🤍 Love people and storytelling 🤍 Enjoy organizing events from the ground up 🤍 Are super organized and proactive 🤍 Have basic social media know-how and a flexible, on-ground attitude What you’ll get: ☕ A seat at the table with the founder and core team ☕ Creative freedom and hands-on learning across content, events, and F&B ☕ Great coffee, team outings, and a front-row view into building a brand Sound like your kind of vibe?
