Marketing & Development Associate – HAAVAAH (Le’Goodys Private Limited)Location: kochi / hybridEmployment Type: Full-timeCompensation: ₹15,000 per month + travel allowance (first 3 months – performance-based continuation and growth)About UsLe’Goodys Private Limited has launched HAAVAAH, a growing health and lifestyle brand offering premium wellness products including seaweed-infused green tea, matcha tea, massagers, detox blends, and more.Explore our range at www.haavaah.comWe are looking for a motivated Marketing & Development Associate who will primarily focus on online/offline sales and brand building to drive the growth of HAAVAAH in the wellness market.⸻Key ResponsibilitiesSales (Primary Focus)Online Sales:• Manage and optimize listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website store, etc.).• Coordinate online promotions, ads, and sales-driven campaigns.• Track online orders, inventory flow, ratings, and customer reviews.Offline Sales:• Identify and onboard retail outlets and distributors• Support offline events, sampling, and promotional activities.• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers.Brand Building & Marketing• Develop and execute strategies to strengthen brand visibility on digital and offline channels.• Manage social media posting, engagement, and messaging.• Coordinate influencer marketing and brand collaborations.• Assist in creating marketing content and promotional materials.Product & Business Development• Contribute to new product launches, packaging support, and product research.• Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research.• Support vendor coordination and quality checks where needed.⸻Skills & Qualifications• degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or brand development (freshers with strong interest may apply).• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and retail operations.• Passion for wellness and lifestyle products.⸻Compensation Structure• ₹15,000 per month for the first 3 months (probation/training period).• Future salary and role expansion depend on performance, sales results, and overall contribution.
