We are looking for a motivated Marketing & Business Development Associate who will primarily focus on online/offline sales and brand building to drive the growth of HAAVAAH in the wellness market.

Key Responsibilities

Sales (Primary Focus)

Online Sales:

Manage and optimize listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website store, etc.).

Coordinate online promotions, ads, and sales-driven campaigns.

Track online orders, inventory flow, ratings, and customer reviews.

Offline Sales:

Identify and onboard retail outlets, distributors, gyms, cafs, supermarkets, and wellness partners.

Support offline events, sampling, and promotional activities.

Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and institutional buyers.

Brand Building & Marketing

Develop and execute strategies to strengthen brand visibility on digital and offline channels.

Manage social media posting, engagement, and messaging.

Coordinate influencer marketing and brand collaborations.

Assist in creating marketing content and promotional materials.

Product & Business Development

Contribute to new product launches, packaging support, and product research.

Conduct competitor analysis and market trend research.

Support vendor coordination and quality checks where needed.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

13 years of experience in sales, marketing, or brand development (freshers with strong interest may apply).

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and retail operations.

Passion for wellness and lifestyle products.
