Overview As a Marketing Analyst specializing in PowerBI and data analysis, you will play a key role in extracting, analyzing, and visualizing data to inform marketing strategies and decision-making. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, enjoys working with various databases, and possesses strong programming skills for data querying and manipulation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards to track key marketing metrics, campaign performance (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta), and customer insights. Extract and transform data from multiple sources, including databases, CRM systems, and marketing platforms, to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Utilize programming languages (such as SQL, Python, or R) to query databases, perform data analysis, and automate reporting processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful data visualizations and analyses. Conduct ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for optimization. Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, conducting ROI analysis and attribution modeling to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization to enhance analytical capabilities and drive innovation. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with a focus on marketing analytics. Proficiency in PowerBI or similar data visualization tools, with the ability to create insightful and interactive dashboards. Strong programming skills in languages such as SQL, Python, or R, with experience in data querying, manipulation, and analysis. Experience working with databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) and extracting data from various sources (e.g., Google Ads). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
