Job Description

Job Summary: The Marketing Agent will be responsible for promoting the organization’s products and services, generating leads, building strong relationships with clients or students, and supporting overall sales and marketing activities. The role involves direct interaction with potential customers through field visits, calls, or digital platforms to increase awareness and conversions. Key Responsibilities: Promote and market the company’s courses/products to potential customers. Generate leads through offline and online sources. Conduct field visits, distribute marketing materials, and represent the company at seminars. Maintain relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and local partners for promotional tie-ups. Maintain a daily activity report regularly. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Marketing/Business preferred). Driving is compulsory – candidate must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license. Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English). Confident, energetic, and result-oriented. Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp Web, and Google Forms. Willingness to travel extensively for marketing activities.
