Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketer, located in Malappuram. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, analyzing performance data, developing strategies to improve marketing performance, and conducting A/B tests. Daily tasks involve collaborating with the marketing team to continuously improve campaign outcomes, monitoring budgets and allocating resources effectively, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices. Qualifications Experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and develop actionable insights Proficiency in A/B testing and understanding of various testing methodologies Knowledge of digital marketing best practices and trends Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Ability to work efficiently on-site in our Corporate office at Areekode,Malappuram.
