What you’ll do: Counsel and guide students interested in learning German, French, Spanish, English, and more. Convert inquiries into enrollments by clearly explaining course value and outcomes. Build strong relationships with students through calls, WhatsApp, and online meetings. Manage leads coming from Meta ads, WhatsApp automation workflows, and website forms. Work closely with the founding team and contribute ideas to improve conversions and student satisfaction. What we’re looking for: Strong communication skills with natural convincing ability. A growth mindset and willingness to learn. Confidence, empathy, and the ability to handle student queries responsibly. Someone who can multitask and work like a core team partner instead of a typical employee. Preferred Candidate Location: Preference will be given to candidates living in or near: Indirapuram, Vaishali, Siddharth Vihar, Makanpur, Vasundhara, East Delhi (Laxmi Nagar, Nirman Vihar, Preet Vihar, Shakarpur), Mayur Vihar Phase-III, Noida Sector 62, 63, 59, 12, 22, 15, 16, 58 and nearby areas.
