Role Overview
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Field Research & Market Analysis Interns to support our ongoing market assessment and field research initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to market research, field operations, data collection, and analysis—ideal for individuals seeking real-world learning in an evolving agri-business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-field visits to interact with vendors, traders, and other stakeholders.
• Administer structured, pre-designed survey questionnaires.
• Ensure accurate, complete data collection in alignment with research guidelines.
• Compile, organize, and clean collected data for analysis.
• Assist with preliminary data analysis using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
• Prepare research summaries, presentations, and internal reports.
• Maintain professionalism and follow ethical research practices during all field interactions.
• Share structured feedback on field operations and suggest improvements to survey processes.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Management, Economics, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related fields (preferred, not mandatory).
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Gujarati and English.
• Comfortable conducting on-ground fieldwork in diverse environments.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month
