Report Creation and Interpretation: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key marketing metrics and provide insights into performance. Customer Segmentation and Targeting: Analyze customer data to identify trends, segment audiences, and optimize targeting for marketing campaigns. Marketing Campaign Evaluation: Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) like conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI. Data-Driven Optimization: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve marketing performance, including A/B testing, optimization of ad campaigns, and refining customer journeys. Competitive Analysis: Research and analyze competitive data to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement. Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and other teams to share insights and collaborate on data-driven initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications: Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data interpretation and visualization. Statistical Knowledge: Understanding of statistical concepts, data analysis methods, and statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R).
