Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Market Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in lead generation, sales, market research, and business development. As a Market Research Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities. Generate qualified leads through various channels, including outbound outreach, email campaigns, and social media. Analyze customer data and market insights to identify potential sales opportunities and improve lead generation strategies. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market analysis, lead generation results, and sales forecasts. Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to provide market insights that support lead nurturing and conversion. Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to assist in the development of marketing and business strategies. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and sales efforts. Assist in the creation and implementation of effective business development strategies aimed at expanding market reach and increasing revenue. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors / Master's in any Engineering. 5-8 years of proven experience in market research, lead generation, sales, and business development. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions. Proficiency in market research tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms, survey tools). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly to stakeholders. Experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities through market insights and lead generation techniques. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills: Excellent communication skills. Proficient in Zoho CRM and Zoho social management.
