As a dynamic and analytical professional with an MBA in Finance and a strong command over English communication, you will play a crucial role in shaping strategic decisions for our digital wallet and financial platform in the online insurance and mutual fund markets. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting comprehensive market research on insurance and mutual fund industries, analyzing competitors, products, regulatory developments, and customer trends. - Analyzing digital distribution models for financial products, including online aggregators, apps, and fintech innovations. - Preparing detailed reports, presentations, and insights for management, summarizing market opportunities and risks. - Evaluating partnership opportunities with insurance companies, mutual fund houses, and financial service providers. - Monitoring regulatory updates from IRDAI, SEBI, RBI, and Ministry of Finance relevant to online investment and insurance distribution. - Supporting the product team in designing and positioning new digital financial offerings. - Assisting in financial modeling, pricing analysis, and ROI projections for new initiatives. - Presenting findings through clear, concise, and persuasive communication. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align research outcomes with product and business strategies. Qualifications & Skills: - MBA in Finance or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a recognized institution. - Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret market data, trends, and financial reports. - Excellent English communication skills for report writing, business correspondence, and presentations. - Familiarity with insurance, mutual funds, and investment products, including regulatory framework. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. - Understanding of digital platforms, wallets, and fintech business models. - Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of delivering insights under deadlines. - Exposure to digital marketing analytics or online product benchmarking will be an added advantage.
