Job Responsibilities : Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other business development strategies. Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Present and pitch our services effectively to decision-makers. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a seamless transition to our service teams. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Track and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies to meet targets. Who we are looking for: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently. Experience in Digital Marketing Sales is a plus. Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently. Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based role—the more you sell, the more you earn! As a Freelance Business Development Executive (BDE) at Marc Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue by bringing in new clients for our digital services including website development, social media marketing, and branding. You will have complete ownership of the sales process—from identifying leads to closing deals—while working remotely on your schedule. Success in this role is measured by your ability to generate leads, close high-value deals, and build lasting client relationships. You will be an integral part of our growth team, and your performance directly fuels the expansion of our company. Responsibilities: Identify new leads through networking, social media, outreach campaigns, or personal connections Qualify leads and assess their fit for our services (coaches, consultants, B2C/B2B businesses) Present and pitch Marc Solutions’ offerings to potential clients with clarity and confidence Follow up with leads consistently via email, calls, or messaging to move them through the sales funnel Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth onboarding handoff to our internal teams Maintain clear records of outreach and conversions in Google Sheets or CRM Collaborate with internal team for project delivery and client satisfaction Stay updated with industry trends and refine your pitch and outreach tactics accordingly Qualifications Previous experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (freelance or full-time) Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities Self-starter with the ability to work independently without supervision Comfortable working on a commission-only model with no fixed salary Basic understanding of digital marketing services like website design, SEO, social media, etc. Experience selling to small businesses, solopreneurs, or coaches is a bonus Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Notion, Google Sheets, or basic CRM platforms preferred
