Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new clients and investors to expand the business network. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. Present, promote, and cross-sell financial products and services. Provide training, support, and motivation to newly onboarded clients. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline. Actively represent the company at industry events, networking meets, and seminars. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 3-6 years of experience in business development, preferably in stock broking, mutual funds, insurance, or financial services. Strong understanding of stock market operations and investment products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with a results-driven approach.
