Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Head - Residential (Basebuild) based in Bengaluru (Sarjapur). The Project Head will oversee all aspects of the residential project from conception to completion, ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising project managers and contractors, coordinating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders, developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards, and resolving any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Qualifications BE/B.tech Civil with 15+ years of experience. Candidate must have delivered at least 2 Highrise residential projects in the capacity of a Project manager / Project Head Experience in budget planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Relevant educational qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field PMP certification or similar project management certifications are a plus Experience in residential construction and real estate development is beneficial Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
