Manufacturing Process Engineer

As a Mechanical Engineer with 6-10 years & 10 to 13 years of experience, you should possess the following skills and knowledge: - Good Knowledge of GD&T - Expertise in Machining strategy incorporating excellent dimensional analysis, stock removal, and clamping strategy for manufacturing from Rod, Plate, Sheet, Casting, and Forging - Familiarity with CNC Milling, Turning, Turn Mill, Mill Turn, and other machining processes - Proficiency in modelling & drafting using SolidWorks, MOS, and Work Instructions preparation - Sound knowledge of metrology including measuring instruments/gauge selection and setting the frequency of measurement - Experience in the creation of PPAP & PFMEA documents - Understanding of Special processes and Aerospace Materials - Proficient in Fixture designing and drafting for Aero Engine and Aero system components - Knowledge of Modular clamping, SMED concepts (Zero clamping) - Ability to coordinate with NC programmer and CFT to finalize the machining process - Capability to troubleshoot FAI part prove out issues on the shop floor - Experience in Configuration Management, ECN control & Change management - Design expertise in Cutting Tool Design - Form Tools - Awareness of AS9100 standards - Hands-on experience on CNC machines and part prove out would be an added advantage Please note that there are no additional details of the company mentioned in the job description.,
