Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Officer to join our team at Captab Biotec, with 2-5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee and manage manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with the quality control team to identify and address quality issues.
Analyze data to optimize manufacturing operations and enhance overall performance.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemistry or biology.
Proven experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
