Hiring and managing team with SAP skillsets within departments and IT vendors. Develop necessary skillsets in SAP within the team and cross functional team. Ensuring improvements in end user experience by adopting latest technology and automation. Working with business unit and department heads to understand the SAP related documents. Converting the business requirements in the technical requirements and complete the UAT. Providing day to day guidance as and when required to drive the SAP related initiatives. Vendor management related with SAP application landscape and underlying the infrastructure. Drive SAP continuous improvement initiatives around performance, readiness and compliances. Plan the SAP releases and patches as per the SAP release schedule and change management. Ensure quality assurance for SAP application landscape. Process definition and ensuring the adherence towards managing the SAP application landscape. Responsible for creating and reviewing project related documentations and ensuring adherence. Responsible for systems refreshers and restores of dual (ABAP+JAVA) and single stack system. Monitor and maintain SAP systems environments for optimum performance and be active in identifying potential problems (environment include sandbox, Development, QA, Production and DR). Performs core basis function. Ensure and responsible for daily SAP back-up. Must be familiar with FICO, HCM, PP, MM, SD, PM, ABAP . Preferred candidate profile Should has done least one implementation of SAP Open for Travelling
