1. Responsible to drive the Manufacturing Excellence initiatives in the plant as per guidelines. 2. In charge of M.E. Lean tool implementation at plant gemba and monitoring the performance as per defined standard. 3. Train the people on the M.E. tools and Manufacturing Excellence initiatives & support them in smooth implementation. 4. Coordination between different stakeholders of plant and driving the improvement projects & saving targets. 5. Monthly plant ME MIS preparation and presentation to corporate team. 6. Lead the Improvement projects independently in coordination with different stake holders and align with corporate M.E. team. 7.
