Oversee manufacturing operations in Semiconductor Assembly & Test facility handling shift independently Clear understanding of Production scheduling / WIP management / Inventory management / OEE / Manpower Utilization / Cycle Time Plan and execute production schedule while reviewing results on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly basis. Analyze production data to identify trends, optimize efficiency, and implement continuous improvement strategies Lead a large team of Section leaders, Manufacturing associates and ensure smooth production process & achievement of target Collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations during the manufacturing shift, fostering a positive work environment and driving team performance to meet production goals Promote open communication and teamwork to maintain high standards of quality and meet production deadlines Strict adherence to Quality standards & safety protocols About Micron Technology, Inc.
