Job Description

Basic Qualification - B.E. Mechanical Job Description Lead and manage Project Management activities, ensuring timely execution and delivery. Lead and support ERP implementation and system upgrades , including process alignment, data validation, and user support. Handle Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) , including investigation, corrective action, and closure. Prepare & Provide detailed Costing and Estimation for new and existing products. Develop and maintain Standardized Routing Processes to improve production consistency and efficiency. Prepare MIS Reports or data as per Project requirement or operational requirements. Prepare Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) for the new Project or Process implementation. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Quality, Production, Procurement) to ensure smooth manufacturing operations. Act as the company’s Management Representative for all ISO and customer audit activities. Manage and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) , including all documentation and records. Coordinate and lead ISO certification audits, internal audits , and third-party compliance inspections. Practical experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on costing, routing, and process control. Strong understanding of ERP systems and their role in manufacturing operations. Experience in managing ISO standards compliance, audits, and quality system documentation. Familiarity with NCR handling, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving & analytical skills. Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
