Concord Drugs Limited is seeking an experienced and qualified Manufacturing Chemist for its OSD (Tablets & Capsules) division. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the manufacturing and process control of oral solid dosage forms in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee manufacturing operations for Tablets and Capsules in compliance with cGMP and Schedule M norms.
• Ensure strict adherence to batch manufacturing records (BMR) and SOPs.
• Supervise and monitor production processes to maintain quality and yield.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering departments for smooth production flow.
• Manage manpower allocation, equipment utilization, and in-process checks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements (USFDA, WHO-GMP, etc.).
• Train and guide operators and production staff for best manufacturing practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and production reports.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing (Tablets & Capsules).
• Strong technical knowledge of granulation, compression, and coating processes.
• Excellent knowledge of GMP documentation, validation, and line clearance procedures.
• Capable of handling regulatory audits and ensuring documentation readiness.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
