Position Description:
• 5 to 7 years of manual testing experience in functional and integration testing
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform manual testing of applications, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements. • Design, document, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
• Identify, record, and track bugs through defect management tools
. • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
• Validate data using SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL queries during testing.
• Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices across all releases.
Required Skills:
• 57 years of experience in manual testing (functional + integration).
• Strong knowledge of US Healthcare domain (mandatory).
• Hands-on experience with databases – SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL.
• Experience in writing and executing SQL queries for data validation.
• Strong understanding of STLC, defect lifecycle, and test methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong customer facing experience.. Propose and Design the solution approach to cater business requirements by building/enhancing re-usable components.
• Working experience SAFe delivery model..
• Good organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Positive attitude and team focus are required
