Loan and Deposit – Core Banking Domain experience is mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and prepare detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
• Perform manual testing for Loan and Deposit modules within core banking applications.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and system testing as per project needs.
• Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools, ensuring timely closure.
• Work closely with developers, BA, and product teams for issue resolution.
• Participate in requirement reviews, test planning, and test execution cycles.
• Ensure compliance with testing standards and maintain proper documentation.
• Support UAT and provide production validation when required.
• Report daily/weekly status to the Test Lead/Project Manager.

Key Skills Required

• Strong experience in

  Manual Testing

• Core banking domain

  knowledge, specifically in

  Loan and Deposit modules

• Understanding of SDLC & STLC
• Good knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
