Job Title: Manual QA Engineer (2 Years Experience) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Type: Full-time Experience: 2+ Years Industry: IT / Software Development Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of web and mobile applications by executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers. Key Responsibilities: Understand project requirements and create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases. Execute manual test cases and document results. Identify, record, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla). Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Participate in test planning and effort estimation. Provide feedback on usability, user experience, and functional issues. Maintain test documentation and test reports. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in manual software testing. Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC). Experience with web and/or mobile application testing. Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a passion for quality. Good communication and documentation skills. Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of API testing tools (like Postman) is a plus.
