Manual QA Tester

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual Tester with basic exposure to Non-Functional Testing. The candidate will be responsible for executing manual test cases, identifying defects, ensuring product quality, and supporting performance/usability validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Prepare, update, and execute manual test cases
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira/Bugzilla
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues
• Conduct performance, usability, compatibility, and basic security testing
• Validate load behavior, response time, and reliability of applications
• Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing
• Prepare test reports, defect summary, and maintain testing documentation

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and defect lifecycle
• Experience in test case writing and test execution
• Exposure to Jira, Bugzilla, or any defect tracking tool
• Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman)
• Good analytical and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
