Marsh McLennan Corporate is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai & Pune office Senior Engineer / Manager - IT Quality & Assurance Testing We are looking for - 3 + years experience in the IT industry Demonstrable experience of working on successful manual and functional automation test programs on enterprise scale applications or projects Estimate the work allocated on test activities and create ,modify and maintain TC for functional and regression test suites Participate in design discussions for new functionalities & Coordinate with stakeholders as and when needed to understand requirements Automation skill using Playwright, Selenium, Java, JavaScript, API Testing Investigate technical problems and needs, identify their source, and determine possible solutions. Communicate effectively with team members and all the stakeholders of the project Good reporting skills to concerned stakeholders Work with test manager/ test leads to improve ROI of overall functional test To manage and work in Agile delivery model Compliance to CMMi level 5 in test delivery Closely working with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Testers and Development team members on requirements, clarifications, issues to sort out the bottlenecks in quality deliverables on time Helping in preparing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and support for UAT execution. Prepare and provide the Test Reports at the end of Release Cycle. Act as a subject matter expert in the functionality assigned for the project Maintains security, integrity, and business continuity controls and documents Responsibility on Quality of the products including Performance and Security Builds knowledge on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies. What he/she needs to have - Exposure to test services between integrated systems Good understanding of manual test process and defect management, Automation skill using Playwright, Selenium, Java, JavaScript, API Testing Good understanding of agile life cycle (end to end) Good understanding of API Testing using tools like postman and swagger. What makes you stand out? Demonstrates the abilit to analyse a problem. Able to methodically produce the steps which exhibit bugs in the application and be able to reproduce and communicate these steps effectively Shows initiative in gaining theoretical and practical knowledge in software testing Excellent Writing and Communication skills Strong relationship building and customer focus Ability to engage in multiple initiatives / implementations simultaneously. Experience in NON Functional testing is desirable. Nice to have Performance and Security testing experience Automation skill using Playwright, Selenium, Java, JavaScript, API Testing Insurance Domain experience.
