Roles and Responsibilities Plan, organize, and control manpower resources to meet production requirements. Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement effective manpower planning strategies to optimize productivity. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to factory operations. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to staffing levels. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in manpower management or a related field. Strong understanding of industrialization processes and manufacturing industry practices. Proficiency in MS Office applications (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
